Over the weekend we completed planned maintenance to resolve the ongoing issues which have been affecting the which.net service.
We apologise that the maintenance took a lot longer to complete and we thank you for your continued patience.
A small number of customers continued to experience authentication errors when using a client like Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird and these issues were fixed over the course of Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th May.
If however, you are continuing to experience authentication issues while using a client then please get in touch and a member of the team will be more than happy to help. (Our contact details are at the bottom of this page).
We are hopeful that the maintenance implemented over the weekend has resolved the underlying issues which have affected the performance of the service for the last 2 months.
Again, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience we caused over the weekend due to the maintenance work and the ongoing frustration with the service over the last few months.
We strongly encourage our customers to never email bank details or password information in response to emails. Which.Net technical support will never request this information.
