Problems with Microsoft Accounts - 21st August 2015

We are experiencing issues with the service at present which are currently causing the webmail system to not allow emails to Microsoft email address.

Microsoft email address end with with @HOTMAIL or @OUTLOOK.

We are currently working on a solution with Microsoft and will update this page when the problem is rectified.

Interruption of Service - 27th April 2015

We are experiencing issues with the service at present which are currently causing the webmail access system to run slowly and/or drop connections. Users that are connecting through a client program may see password authentication errors and be unable to receive messages. We are looking into this issue as a matter of urgency. Thank you for your patience whilst this issue is resolved.

Planned maintenance

There will be essential maintenance taking place in the evenings between the 2nd March – 4th March. This maintenance will be taking place from 22:00 – 04:00 and may cause disruption to sending, receiving, accessing Homepages via FTP and the Webmail system.

Webmail

The webmail link (mail.which.net:81), used to access your emails online, was changed on 8th March 2013 to www.which.net/webmail. You may need to update your favourites/bookmarks. You can also access the webmail through the navigation links on www.which.net.

Password/bank details

We strongly encourage our customers to never email bank details or password information in response

to emails. Which.Net technical support will never request this information.
