Planned MaintenancePlanned maintenance – Email Upgrade Start Time: 12:00am Saturday 26th May 2012 End Time: 12:00am Sunday 27th May 2012 Duration: 24 hours Description: During this period we will be upgrading the which.net email service. All inbound email will be held and not delivered to their destination until after the maintenance. Access to the mailbox will be intermittent during the maintenance and it is advisable not to access your email at this time. Updates to this maintenance will be included on this status page throughout this duration. Every effort will be made to ensure no data is lost during this maintenance, however customers are advised to ensure they have regular backups of their email as Which? can not be held responsible for any loss in availability or data as a result of these maintenances. A normal email service will be available from 12:00am on Sunday 27th May 2012. Planned maintenance – Webspace Upgrade Start Time: 12:00am Sunday 27th May 2012 End Time: 12:00am Monday 28th May 2012 Duration: 24 hours Description: During this period we will be upgrading the webpages services. During this time you will not be able to update your site. We will make every effort to ensure that all webpages are available throughout the maintenance however if you discover your webpage is missing for any reason you will be encouraged to re-upload your site after the maintenance has been completed. Customers are advised to ensure they have backups of their sites before the maintenance starts as Which? can not be held responsible for any loss in availability as a result of these maintenances.
